A mouth-watering showdown between the South Coast Wolves and district kingpins Dandaloo is on the cards when the McDonald's Cup draw is made today. The Wolves and Dandaloo have met twice in the state's version of the FA Cup and South Coast fans will be treated to a third chapter if they are drawn together for round three, which is scheduled for Wednesday.Thirty-two teams from all Football NSW competitions will play in the next phase of the statewide knockout. The Wolves and their NSW Premier League rivals received an automatic bye into round three, while Illawarra Premier League treble winners Dandaloo booked their place with a 4-1 win over State League Two outfit Roosters FC on Tuesday.Coach Peter Beggs - who was at the helm when Dandaloo lost 3-2 in extra time to the Wolves in 2006 and 2-1 in a semi-final 12 months later - relished the prospect of resurrecting the rivalry."The guys enjoy playing against NSW Premier League clubs, we look at it like everyone looks at playing us down here," Beggs said."Suddenly we're the underdogs."We've played the Wolves before and beat Marconi in a penalty shoot-out (in 2007), so it would be interesting."Wolves coach Trevor Morgan declared his side's Mother's Day stoush with APIA was the biggest priority."I haven't given the McDonald's Cup much thought, Dandaloo are a good side and they have plenty of experience and quality," he said."They have good supporters and it would be played locally so it would generate some interest."I wouldn't underestimate any team, I'm not going to speculate on results."
