The COVID-19 lockdown meant the April and June networking dinners were unable to go ahead but Dilruk Jayasinha has been locked in as the guest speaker to ensure its return in July is upbeat.
Mr Jayasinha moved to Melbourne from Sri Lanka to attend university for a degree in accounting.
After graduating he started working for one of the "Big Four" banks but this career took a dramatic change after he performed at an open mic night in 2010.
He is now one of the most in demand headliners on the Australian comedy scene.
